Payments: All goods to be paid in full before item/s are posted. Payment must be received within 72 hours of order being placed. If payment has not been received the item will be re-listed for sale.
Refunds and exchange: There will be no exchange for change of mind. Items that arrive damaged will be exchanged for a similar item of same value if available. Items will only be exchanged if sent back within fourteen (14) days from the day the order is posted. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can work out a reasonable solution.
All postage returns are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will only be granted on a case by case situation depending on the reason.
